SDL offers public tours to educate all ages from the community about our contributions to society, innovative technology, core capabilities, and state-of-the-art facilities. Tours are designed to help engage visitors, particularly youth, about the exciting possibilities the science disciplines provide.
SDL offers tours to the public two times each month. Due to the nature of our work, visitors must be U.S. citizens to experience the full tour, but everyone is welcome to attend the SDL overview and space instrument portion of our tour. Tour size is limited to 20 guests.
What to expect
The tour route at the North Logan facility includes visits to three buildings. Along this route please be prepared to walk, climb up/down stairs, and stand for anywhere from 20-30 minutes.
